Thirteen countries have already secured their spot at the 2024 Women’s U19 World Floorball Championships and the last three countries will soon be known. The final round will be played from 8th – 12th May 2024 at the Lahti Sports & Fair Centre in Lahti, Finland.
Denmark, France, Hungary, and Italy will play in the U19 WFC 2024 Qualification event in Besançon, France from 25th – 27th August. Each team plays every other team once and the three top teams will qualify for the final round in Lahti.
The Group Ballot will take place on the 2nd of September 2023 in conjuction with the Nordic Challenge event at Energia Areena in Vantaa.
Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Latvia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden, and Switzerland have already secured their spot in the final round.
The Finnish Floorball Federation and the city of Lahti have confirmed the new event dates in their joint negotiations. The 11th Women’s U19 World Floorball Championships will be played from 8th – 12th May 2024 at the Lahti Sports & Fair Centre in Lahti, Finland.
